Hey coaches and managers,

I wanted to let you all know about our upcoming winter options.



Coed- If any of you are looking to play we have 4 spots left in our coed league!



HS Development - Training will focus on individual and team concepts- at the end of each session players will play a small sided game.

Girls Goalie training – Spots limited!

Peak Performance – Weightlifting, agility, plyometrics and more! Only 5 spots left.

Mental Preparedness - Topics will include mindfulness, recovering from mistakes, managing self-talk, imagery, values/goals, and more.



New to Lax – We are offering intro classes for all ages (Adults, HS and Youth). Great option for parents that have never played or players wanted to learn the fundamentals.



Don’t forget to have your players mark their calendars for, Sunday January 30th, Girls Rippers Tryouts. Every Summer I get emails from players we are unable to accommodate, please share our tryout opportunity with your players- so they do not miss the chance to join Oregon’s longest running club.
