HELP OUR FUTURE HIGH SCHOOL SUCCESS! RECRUIT YOUTH NOW
The single best way to improve a high school program is to have a solid youth program. We have everything in place to have a successful program on our own but we need some more players (THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN) A few of our youth teams are pretty close to being able to field a Beaverton only team. (3/4 will have one but needs 4th graders. 5/6 is close) If you guys know any 3-8th graders please try to recruit as many as possible. Seriously make it you mission. If we can get pods going it tends to snowball.

SELLING POINTS That that seem to make the most difference
1) BEGINNERS - Knowing that most players are beginners so they didn't need to start at a young age
2) EASY ENTRY HIGH SCHOOL SUCCESS - i.e. you don't have to play club and you can start late and still be a vital Varsity player. This is a big one for all types - families who don't want to invest in clubs or are starting sports later, successful club kids who want an additional sport to fit into their schedule, adventurous athletes who want to try something new and especially for kids who haven't found their sports "home" yet
3) CLUB KIDS - You can play it at the same time as your other club sports
4) COMMUNITY- It's super fun and a great tight knit atmosphere bc the community is smaller
